Recent projects...

First up, I have a finish for the Purple (and blue) months of the Scrappy Rainbow Challenge -- I think I started these blocks in 2016 and made a few more last year... and finally got them put together and quilted in January.

The pattern is Prismatic Echoes and it's free on the Robert Kaufman website; I made the same blocks but set them together in a completely different way.

Next is a little quilt made from a kit I bought on Craftsy a while back -- they called it a colorwash quilt, but I don't think it really is colorwash.  It's all Kaffe Fassett fabrics and the kit was horrible -- squares cut wonky and not on straight grain, etc.  (I complained; they blamed it on Westminster Fabrics, which does the Fassett lines, and I declined their offer of another of the kits)

And this top is from a Hunter Designs pattern called Fourteen on Point using (mostly) a FQ pack of Mini Mochi fabrics -- very quick!

The Cotton Robin is starting again!

In case you haven't been following it, the Cotton Robin is an annual round robin project where 4 people contribute to making a small quilt.  Once person makes a center block; two people add borders; the fourth person quilts and binds it, and then it gets sent back to the person who made the center.  This will be the seventh year!

All the details are here:

We have had participants from around the world -- Norway, New Zealand, UK, Canada and all over the U.S.  Leave a comment (make sure your email address is available!) or shoot me an email if you'd like to join.

Here's a link to last year's "big reveal":
