Spring Quilty Orphan Adoption Event - #2

I have a couple of items to throw into the mix for this spring's event. My second giveaway is for a pile of purple batik blocks.  I started making these from Elizabeth Hartman"s "Patchwork City" book but sort of lost interest. The blocks measure 5" x 14". there are 8 complete and 2 incomplete blocks, made of a wide spectrum of purple.

I will choose someone to receive these on Sunday evening, March 22. I will only mail to addresses in the U.S. and please note that since I am "sheltering in place" they may not get mailed immediately.

See my other post for the second giveaway.  Visit QuiltingisMoreFunThanHousework for more about the event and other giveaways.
Thanks!

I love everything Elizabeth Hartman, and I also love purple. I would love to adopt your blocks and parts to make a donation quilt for the women's rescue mission.

These look like they will be fun to play with. I am sure they will find a good home and you can start something new you enjoy more. Thanks for participating!

I would LOVE to add these blocks to bits from my batik scrap stash for a jump start on this year's Hands2Help charity challenge!!

Oh, oh! I would love to adopt these blocks and add them to my little family of purple orphan blocks. I participate in the Rainbow Scrap Challenge, and every month this year I’ve been making a donation quilt (for Quilts for Kids) out of orphan blocks and other scrappy bits in that month’s color. I’m short on purples, so the brother and sister blocks here are hoping and waiting with open arms (or should I say open seams?)

Oooh! Your blocks would become party of a loving family of batiks destined for a quilt to be contributed to a community fundraiser. Thanks for the offer.
