another Cotton Robin reveal! and a fundraiser...

We've wrapped up another episode of the Cotton Robin, and the Big Reveal can be found here!

My own quilt started with this cute ladybug -- an older mystery block from Paper Panache.

and the fabulous quilt was made by Christa, Sophie, and Elizabeth.  I think the magnifying glass is so cool!

In cat news, we've changed Jeremiah's name to Linus.  It goes well with Lucy, of course, and since I always feel like he needs a security blanket it really fits.  Both of the cats are relaxing, slowly but surely, but still not lap cats by any definition.  Here's Linus lounging like a typical teenager

And, the fundraising pitch: As a volunteer and supporter, I am writing today on behalf of Cat Town to tell you about a great opportunity to help save the lives of shelter cats who seem difficult to adopt because they are scared, older or have special needs. From July 5-August 4, Cat Town is launching a campaign through “Saving Pets Challenge” online to raise funds in support of these beautiful animals.

Because I believe so much in the work this rescue does, (and I adopted 2 of the cats they rescued!), I am helping Cat Town to double the $60,000 they raised last year to achieve and surpass the 2016 goal of $120,000. And, there's the added bonus of $50,000 more if we can take first place for the most funds raised!

Won't you please help us out by making a contribution of $10, $25 or more at:

Thank you for your generosity and support! Cat Town and I thank you!

Julie
