The sailor home from the sea...

Well, his beard is definitely longer than I've seen in while, but other than that he looks pretty good! Here's Al with his welcome lei and celebratory G&T, just after crossing the finish line yesterday afternoon. Thanks for following along on this adventure! The race only happens every two years so I have a little reprieve before he decides whether to do it again...

Congrats to Al for completing the race. He looks like he had a great sail ... and the G&T is well earned.

I enjoyed reading about his trip. Glad to see he made it safely.

He looks a little "Ernest Hemingway-ish" after that trip! Glad he arrived safe and sound.

Lookin' good! That's fantastic he was able to compete and finish after all the drama on the front end!

Praises! You two enjoy yourselves in Hawaii. And if you're already home...well...enjoy home as well. ;-)
