crazy, man!

Here it is -- my crazy cats top for the Humane Society auction. Now all I have to do is baste, quilt, bind, and add buttons for the eyes. I'm loving this one -- and I think I'm going to have to make at least a few more cats for myself! I was worried about doing the applique, because I've hardly ever done any -- but my Pfaff worked the buttonhole stitch like a charm. I used a wool-blend felt for the leaves, stems, and swirly flower centers.

Cheers!

I love this! Is this a commercially available pattern or something you designed yourself? Hope it raises tons of money at the auction.

Lovely quilt. I have looked at this quiltpattern at Buggy Barn but have not ordered the book yet. But now I think I have to. Just love this quilt. Hope it raises a lot of money.

I love those cats. Where did you get the pattern or was it something you designed yourself?
